Housing Now Seattle is proud to endorse Initiative 135 to House Our Neighbors!

This initiative would create the Seattle Social Housing Developer to develop, own, and maintain social housing for all of the workforce and communities in Seattle. Social Housing is more than just public housing, it's housing created by and for the community. By embracing Social Housing, Seattle can begin to shape the cost of housing in a positive direction.
